Registrations

Registrations take literally 2 minutes to conduct.

On a PC, simply scroll to the top of the page and click on the blue bar and fill in the required fields in the form and hit submit.

On Mobile, simply click on the 3 lines in the top LHS of page and hit the ‘IMPORTANT ‘ Button.

Bidding

In order to place a bid, you must be registered.

Once registered simply click on the auction item you would like to bid on and place your maximum bid via the plus button or manually fill it in the number box.

Please note that there are reserve prices and minimum bid increments.

You will receive an email notification once you bid has been placed and you are the highest bidder.

Should you be outbid, you will receive an email advising you of this.

Should you want to win an auction you must be the last and highest bidder.

Please note that auction items do not include shipping costs. These costs can be found in the FAQ page of this site under ‘Shipping Costs’.

Shipping And Payment

Should you be the highest bidder and win an auction, you will be contacted within 24 – 48 hours to determine if you would like to have your goods shipped or you would like to pick them up.

Once we know your shipping preferences, your credit card will be charged accordingly and your goods made ready for pick up or shipment.

Shipping Costs

For all Victorian and New South Wales orders Light Planet offers a fixed shipping rate of $18 +GST.

For South Australian and Queensland order Light Planet offers a fixed shipping rate of $27 +GST.

For all other states Light Planet offers a fixed shipping rate of $36 +GST.

Please feel free to call us to see if we can offer a better deal with shipping. Our current pricing has been averaged and is subject to change.

Light Planet offers FREE pick up from it’s Port Melbourne warehouse from 7.30am to 4pm Monday – Friday
